Electrical grade magnesia(EGM)

Electrical grade magnesia, called EGM, powders are use as electrical insulation of heating elements. EGM powders have a good thermal conductivity but a high electrical resistivity at elevated temperature. Those components are filled between the coil and the outer sheath in order to protect users from electrocution hazards while maintaining heat properties.

Application

Depending on the temperature of the heating element involved, dead-fired or fused magnesia with a specific chemical composition is used. EGM powders play an important role in domestic and industrial heating element manufacturers: household appliances, industrial equipment, automotive applications.

Product Packing

1. Packed in plastic-lined woven bags of 25kg net each, 22MT per 20FCL.
2. Packed in plastic-lined woven jumbo bags of 1250kg net each, 26MT per 40FCL.

Note: This product should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, and it is forbidden to mix with toxic substances. During transportation, it should be handled with care, not exposed to sunlight, rain, and moisture-proof.

MgO Applications

1. Used in food processing, construction, glass, rubber, paper, paint and other industries.
2. Used as analytical reagent, also used in pharmaceutical industry, rubber industry and oil industry.
